About Refund Amount

The refund amount might differ from the original payment due to currency conversion imposed by customer’s bank. When a payment is refunded, it’s reconverted at the current exchange rate, which can fluctuate.

Requirements for Successful Refund Request

  1. The proof of cancellation subscription before renew subscription as we only accept system wise cancellation.
  1. If the system wise cancellation button is not working, please provide us the capture of the system error and contact our support team.
  1. Please provide your payment email and receipt for our checking purpose.

How to request a refund?

Please reach out to our customer service with the required information:

  1. Team ID
  1. Payment Email Address
  1. Invoice or Receipt related to the billing issue

Expected turnaround time for processing refund request

The process typically takes 15 working days from the date your request is received. Our team will diligently review and address your request within this timeframe to ensure a timely resolution.

For successful requests

The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours for all successful return/refund requests. The process and timeframe will vary depending on the payment method used:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card Online Payment

The refund will be credited to the card used within 5-10 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
