How to Reconnect a Channel?

Your Channels can sometimes get disconnected, follow the steps below to reconnect a channel.

Step 1. Access Manage Channels

On the ChatDaddy dashboard, click on your user icon in the top right corner and select Manage Channels from the dropdown menu.

Step 2. Identify Disconnected Channel

Within the Manage Channels section, locate the specific channel that appears as disconnected.

Step 3. Initiate Reconnection

Click the Scan QR/Relink button associated with the disconnected channel.

Step 4. Choose Reconnection Method

You'll be presented with two options to reconnect the channel:

Scan QR from WhatsApp: Open the WhatsApp app on your phone and scan the QR code displayed on your ChatDaddy screen.

Link with Phone Number: Enter the phone number associated with the WhatsApp account you want to reconnect and enter the code provided on your WhatsApp Account.
