Learn about the pre-requisites of getting a Whatsapp Business API

Tutorial video 🎥

1. Go to Manage Channels, then click + Channel and add Messenger.

2. Simply log in to your Facebook account.

3. Choose the Businesses and Pages you want ChatDaddy to access.

4. Review what ChatDaddy is requesting permission to do and save.

5. Messenger Channel will be created! Congratulations! 🥳

 
If users are directed to the payment page, it means that your account has reached the channels limit. Note: 1. Users are able to delete an existing channel and add the Messenger channel too. 2. Ensure that users are using Facebook Business account, not personal Messenger account.

Reminder❗

  • You will only be able to receive and send messages through the messenger channel if you have a page connected to your Facebook account.

If you don't have one, please click here to learn how to create a page.
  • Conversations last 24 hours and you cannot send a message after that time unless the recipient messages first
  • Please note that conversations previous to the connection will not be synced to ChatDaddy inbox.

      • You have created a meta business page to your messenger account as specified here.
      • Your page is connected to ChatDaddy.
      • The messages you are trying to find are on your meta business page and not your regular profile.
