How to Tag a Contact by Message History?
This feature lets you automatically assign tags to contacts based on keywords found in your chat history.

Steps
1. Access the Tagging Feature
- Open the Contacts section within your app.
- Locate the three-dot menu in the top right corner and tap it.
- From the menu, select "Tag by Message History."
2. Set Up Your Tagging Criteria
- In the "Message Text" field, enter the specific keywords (e.g., "Insurance") that should trigger the tag assignment.
- Choose a relevant tag from the existing list or create a new tag to categorise the contacts.
- Use the "Include" option to filter messages:
- All messages if direction doesn't matter
- Only sent by me
- Only received by me.
- Optionally, define a specific date range (e.g., past month) to focus on recent interactions for tagging.
3. Apply the Tags
- Once you've set up your criteria, click the "Tag" button.
4. Tagging Completion
- A success message will appear once the tagging process is complete.
Please note: If you're tagging a large number of contacts, there might be a wait time of up to 2 minutes.
