Steps

1. Access the Tagging Feature

  • Open the Contacts section within your app.

  • From the menu, select "Tag by Message History."

2. Set Up Your Tagging Criteria

  • In the "Message Text" field, enter the specific keywords (e.g., "Insurance") that should trigger the tag assignment.
  • Choose a relevant tag from the existing list or create a new tag to categorise the contacts.
  • Use the "Include" option to filter messages:
    • All messages if direction doesn't matter
    • Only sent by me
    • Only received by me.
  • Optionally, define a specific date range (e.g., past month) to focus on recent interactions for tagging.

3. Apply the Tags

  • Once you've set up your criteria, click the "Tag" button.

4. Tagging Completion

  • A success message will appear once the tagging process is complete.

Please note: If you're tagging a large number of contacts, there might be a wait time of up to 2 minutes.
