How to Submit a Support Ticket

This document outlines how to submit a support ticket.
Step
- When you are facing an issue, go to the navigation bar in the top left corner. Next, click the profile picture.
- Select the "Report Issue”

- By selecting the "Submit Form" option, you will be redirected to the form submission web link.

- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue

- Contact Information: Please include country to receive ticket updates (eg: 6012XXXXXXXX, 85225XXXXXXXX, 6523XXXXXX)
- Submit the Ticket
- Review the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments.
- Click the "Submit" button to send the ticket to our support team.
Do note that tickets waiting times may vary based on the complexity of the issue.

- Be specific: The more detailed your description, the faster we can resolve the issue.
- Check for existing solutions: Before submitting a ticket, search our knowledge base or FAQs to see if your issue has already been addressed.
