How to Submit a Support Ticket

This document outlines how to submit a support ticket.

Step

  1. When you are facing an issue, go to the navigation bar in the top left corner. Next, click the profile picture.
  1. Select the "Report Issue”

  1. By selecting the "Submit Form" option, you will be redirected to the form submission web link.

  1. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue

  • Contact Information: Provide your preferred contact information, such as your phone number or email address.(Optional)
  1. Submit the Ticket
      • Review the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments.
      • Click the "Submit" button to send the ticket to our support team.

Do note that tickets waiting times may vary based on the complexity of the issue.
