Custom Fields enable you to create and personalise data for each contact, making communication easier. This feature enables more efficient and personalised communication by allowing you to tailor data parameters for each contact.

Single dropdown, team member, checkbox and many more new types of custom fields are now available.

▶📌 Enhanced Inbox Filters

In our enhanced inbox filters, you can now easily filter your chats and save these filters by pinning them directly to the inbox. You have full control to edit or remove these pinned filters as needed, providing enhanced flexibility and usability.

This update significantly improves the UI, aligning it with and surpassing WhatsApp's capabilities.
