How to clear Pending Message queue before ReConnecting to ChatDaddy?
Essential to prevent another Ban.
Users can clear pending messages that are not sent through due to the disconnection of WhatsApp and ChatDaddy. Also, a step to be done before reconnecting to ChatDaddy after getting unblocked by WhatsApp (to reduce the risk of getting banned again).
First Method:
- In the top right corner, click on the user menu button and select Manage Channel.
- Click on Clear Message Queue on the specific channel and all your pending messages will be cleared.
Second Method:
- In the top right corner, Click on the user menu button and select “Failed Messages”.
- Click on “Clear All”.
