How to use Notes?
Notes are a powerful feature inside the inbox to create quick notes for your or your teams reference. The note appears in the chat but is not sent to the recipient, it is visible to your teammates as well.

Notes allow you and your team members to add comments on a specific contact.

- You should be directly tagging your teammates username without comma after the username.
