There are some guidelines which when followed can prevent Bans–
- Avoid Spamming New Numbers.
- Only Broadcast to retarget customers who you have a chat history with.
- Broadcast on slow speeds, and only to targeted audiences, sparingly.
- If broadcasting is an important part of your Social Media Strategy, then consider getting the Official Whatsapp Business API.
- Have different numbers for different uses. You may do this by using one Number for Customer service, only replying to new queries, one number for marketing and cold outreach, one official company number.
- Use Multiple social media channels to reduce impact of a sudden ban.
